1. The service
Codicer provides SEO auditing, monitoring and AI-assisted content tools. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may only audit websites you own or are authorized to audit. You may not use the service to scrape, harass, or attack third parties, or to generate spam content.
3. Accounts & plans
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Starter and paid plans are described on the pricing page; paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal.
4. AI output
Content generated by AI is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and owning what you publish. We do not guarantee ranking results — search positions depend on many factors outside the platform.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Audits depend on third-party services (Google, AI providers, SERP APIs) which may be temporarily unavailable.
6. Payments & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer automatic refunds for unused portions; contact us within 14 days of purchase if something is wrong.
7. Disclaimer
Codicer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Audit results, PageSpeed scores and AI suggestions are informational — they depend on third-party services that may change or be unavailable. We are not responsible for actions you take based on the tool's output, or for any loss of data, revenue or rankings.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform (excessive automated crawling, spamming, fraud) or pose a risk to the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
